James R. Adler joined Wellspring in 2009. Prior to joining Wellspring, he spent two years as an analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in the Industrials and Transportation Group. James graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a concentration in Finance.
